Getting Ready for University

My coach from school sent me a workout plan for the 5 weeks leading up to coming to school... I'd have to say its one of the hardest weights program ive been on. I now know what hard work feels like. Your sore waking up everyday and somedays you dont even want to wake up! I know each day it will get easier and ill be ready for something harder going into school at the end of the month. Got to keep working towards my goal of making the 2016 olympic games in Brazil :)
